The active delivery stack is organized around GHL, the transaction-coordination portal, MLS offer generation, VoiceDrop, and the Hermes agent.
Contact upload, backend lead handoff, and client setup guidance remain active implementation work. This is not represented as fully live yet.
A config-driven collector is designed, but client Google/Drive authorization and a controlled canary run are still required before deployment.
